Please allow three days for orders to be processed. Orders placed after 5:00PM (EST) Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. Products may be returned within 10 days after delivery date for a full refund of the product price with your choice of a cash refund or credit (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) Please enclose proof of purchase. Airbrushes may be returned only if they have not been used. 

All returned merchandise must be in resale condition and returned prepaid in the original packaging, packed inside another master carton. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. 

SHIPPING 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error. All domestic orders are shipped by UPS.

International orders are shipped by USPS. On your request, we will be glad to assist you in determining the best method of shipping. 

Most US orders will arrive within 8-10 days. If not in stock, allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. (An additional 6 to 8 weeks may be needed for delivery of foreign orders.) The customer is responsible for any foreign duties.
